iPhone X: let the stampede begin!

    Can’t wait for the iPhone X? If you weren’t one of the very first people to reserve yours when Apple opened the ordering process, odds are you’ll have to wait weeks or months to get one. Available reservations were snapped up in minutes for the November 3 release, and wait times are now up to several weeks or more. Rumors of manufacturing issues have again cropped up, and Apple watchers (as opposed to Apple Watches) are beating the bushes for the low-down.
    Apple stores will have some available on the release date, but the advice to improve your chances of getting one is to “arrive early”.
    The latest iPhone won’t come cheap. AT&T and Verizon are advertising the phone at $999.99 for the 64gb model, and $1,149.99 for one with 256gb of memory. For that price, here’s some of what you’ll get:
    5.8 inch ‘Super Retina’ screen, a camera that will allow facial recognition, wireless charging, and a glass cover said to be more durable than ever before.
