Q: Do I have to use Central Point Network’s Internet Service?

A: You can use your existing Internet service, however in order to guarantee optimum reliability of your TotalWIFI service, we recommend using our CPN Internet service.

Q: Why can’t I just use my Linksys®, D-Link® or Netgear® router to provide the Wi-Fi service?

A: While you are more than welcome to use such a device, these devices DO NOT provide separation of your business network and your public network. The CPN TotalWIFI solution specifically addresses this issue by keeping your business network and public network separate while providing QoS (Quality of Service) to everyone.

Q: What if I want to offer Wi-Fi at multiple locations?

A: We provide a 10% discount for business with multiple sites. We can configure your TotalWIFI service to be universal across all sites for ease of use.

Q: How does it pay for itself?

A: With TotalWIFI at your business, you’ll have direct contact with customers using your Wi-Fi.  Your advertising will also be seen network wide via the TotalWIFI splash pages at other members’ sites, leveraging our network’s size.
